Sauce based on Pasteurized Eggs with White Truffle


Truffle mayonnaise is a delicious and versatile sauce, perfect for enriching the taste of many dishes. The use of the Bianchetto truffle, like the one collected by Fattoria Collebrunacchi, gives the sauce an intense aroma and a unique flavour. The preparation of truffle mayonnaise is simple: just combine the classic mayonnaise with the white truffle. You can also enrich the sauce with other ingredients, such as garlic, parsley, extra virgin olive oil or white wine vinegar. Truffle mayonnaise is perfect for accompanying meat, fish, egg and vegetable dishes, but it can also be used as a condiment for sandwiches, hamburgers and hot dogs.
