Shipping and Returns
1. Delivery and shipping
The type, size, destination and weight of the product determine the shipment - by post or via a freight forwarder - to the five continents. Fattoria Collebrunacchi SSA di Francesca Starnotti is not responsible for the risks regarding delivery and shipping and she is responsible for them up to the moment the shipment begins. Parcels are generally sent, from receipt of payment, within 3 days for products immediately available, and within 5 weeks for products not available at the moment.
For the fresh product (for example fresh truffles) shipping can be done within the harvest times, therefore linked to the seasonality of the product. Products with custom labels or custom made will typically ship in 5 weeks. Please consider any notes regarding production times for special or discontinued products. Delivery times will be communicated when the order is formalized.
2. Partial deliveries
Fattoria Collebrunacchi SSA di Francesca Starnotti has the right to make partial deliveries.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are ALWAYS borne by the customer except in cases explicitly communicated at the time of the order and the goods are delivered free of charge upon payment of the shipping costs at the time of the order or following the order. The products are shipped with a shipping cost indicated on the product sheet. This cost depends on the destination address, the type of product, the size and weight. Import taxes and customs and/or administrative costs on items shipped outside the European Union are not included in the costs of shipping and delivery, and must be paid before the latter is carried out. Before placing an order to areas other than the European Community, write an email to info@fattoriacollebrunacchi.com to find out what the shipping cost and other customs and import costs are. We also remind you that this list is not exhaustive and we may require additional costs for shipments to remote areas.
4. No shipping costs in the product sheet.
In the event that the shipping cost is not present in the "check out" tab, or the words "transport costs included" are not present, we ask to be contacted by writing to info@fattoriacollebrunacchi.com, as in this case the product requires a particular formulation to calculate the shipping cost (for example in the case of particularly fragile, perishable or bulky objects). In any way Fattoria Collebrunacchi SSA di Francesca Starnotti will contact the customer if a purchase is made without having paid the shipping costs. The product purchased (and paid for) can never be shipped without payment of shipping costs.
5. Delivery times
Additional delivery times will be specified via email or by telephone by contacting +39 347 1779877 and are calculated starting from the order confirmation (finalization of the contract) and from the moment in which Fattoria Collebrunacchi SSA di Francesca Starnotti receives the payment in the case of a purchase by bank transfer. The product is delivered punctually, respecting the scheduled and agreed upon delivery.
6. Rights of withdrawal for a delivery error
Fattoria Collebrunacchi SSA di Francesca Starnotti immediately informs the customer in the event of any type of impediment regarding the shipment that makes it impossible to respect the agreed terms. This does not give the right of withdrawal.

7. Returns
To make a return, please contact the email address info@fattoriacollebrunacchi.com and specify the reasons for the return. Our staff will take care of the request by evaluating its feasibility. Reasons related to the quality of the product not highlighted by the photographic kit and the description are accepted. It is not possible to request a return for personalized products. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer if there are no supply errors.
