Fattoria Collebrunacchi is located on the hills of San Miniato, between the provinces of Pisa and Florence, and is a family-run agricultural business that extends over 60 hectares of land, of which 4 are planted with vineyards, 20 with arable land and 25 with forest. The company specializes in the production of typical products of the truffle territory.

Wine production is the best-known activity of Fattoria Collebrunacchi, which dates back to the 14th century and is still produced today with great care and attention to detail. The land on which the company is located is particularly fertile, at an altitude of approximately 180 meters above sea level. This is due to the fact that the territory is characterized by deep and shady valleys and extremely sunny ridges and by the presence in the soil of Pliocene fossils and shells, dating back to around three million years ago, which provide the soil with a great wealth of calcium and mineral salts. In fact, this part of Tuscany was submerged by sea waters until two million years ago, of which many traces remain.

Fattoria Collebrunacchi is also dedicated to the search for truffles, one of the excellences of the area. Francesca and Enrica, the owners of the company, are passionate and competent, and carry on the family tradition with dedication and love, committing themselves to the care of the land and the production of high quality products.

One of the unmissable experiences it offers is truffle hunting in the company of Francesca, the truffle hunter, and her faithful dog Choco.

During the two-hour walk in the woods, Francesca will guide you to discover the secrets of this precious treasure of the undergrowth and will teach you to recognize the different types of truffles. You will be able to appreciate the beauty of the surrounding nature and breathe the fresh air of the countryside.

At the end of the truffle hunt, a tasting of typical products from the farm, based on genuine and high quality ingredients, will await you. You will be able to savor the aromas and flavors of the Tuscan tradition, accompanied by an exciting tasting of the Farm's wines.
