Renaj 2022

The Vermentino Renaj from Fattoria Collebrunacchi is a white wine with a very intense bouquet and hints of citrus fruits, white flowers, yellow fruit, thyme and basil, with notes of cedar. There are tones of quince, cut grass, almond and broom. Its marked minerality is due to the presence of fossils in the soil, a characteristic that balances perfectly with the bouquet. The greenish-yellow color, with golden reflections, reinforces the idea of youth and freshness. On the palate, Renaj is savory and protagonist, ideal to pair with fish and shellfish dishes, but also with first courses based on vegetables or fresh cheeses.
