The Levante from Fattoria Collebrunacchi is an IGT Rosso di Toscana, with great character, produced with Sangiovese and Merlot grapes from the 2022 harvest. Its fruity taste is balanced by the presence of tannins, which give the palate a pleasant sensation of structure and body. The hints of cherry, black cherry and raspberries, accompanied by spicy notes of black pepper, but also hints of violet and iris, make this wine a unique sensory experience. Furthermore, hints of humus, fern and undergrowth can be appreciated, which give the Levante an earthy and autumnal character. Intense and persistent aroma, ruby in color tending towards garnet. The enveloping and full-bodied taste of Levante is supported by a marked acidity, which makes it perfect to pair with red, roasted or stewed meat dishes or mature cheeses.
